1mydiabetes@gmail.com (David Caton Roberts), A different view
Curation  Viplav Baxi also blogged about the curation debate and Alison (my long suffering wife) was not as delighted as I was to learn from me that Viplav had been good enough to transcribe some of the conversation.  Thanks Viplav. I'm still not entirely sure about what curataon is or means in relation to PLENK2010, PLN's, PLE,s or my own disorganised collection of artefacts , yet I know that it is that important it is probably the ... PLENK 2010 MOOC Curation
1mydiabetes@gmail.com (David Caton Roberts), A different view
"Curation. Curation. Curation.  Are we all all curators now? We need to discuss curation! Curation of the forums. At 5-00pm, London time, on Wednesday evening I sat in my office. The office was quiet. I had not realised that the quietness I was experiencing was the lull before the storm. I clicked the web link and the browser took me to my first interaction with a massive open on-line course. Within minutes over 100 other learners and educators from across the globe were on line; within minutes 100's of comments were being written simultaneously on  a shared screen; ... Plenk2010 - Have you not got enough to do David?
1mydiabetes@gmail.com (David Caton Roberts), A different view
I feel very excited to be starting  my first on-line collaborative learning experience. I am very much looking forward to working with other course members and, as a result of the course, I hope to improve the learning experience for my pupils. Additionally I want to get to grips with the ideass of PLN's and PLE's. David [Link] 2010-09-14T23:21:00
